We collect information when you schedule appointments, complete intake forms or questionnaires, subscribe to communications, participate in coaching sessions, submit testimonials, or communicate with Us.

We do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Not Medical Advice
Our services are educational and coaching services only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or treatment. You should consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.
HIPAA Clarification
We are not a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Information you provide is not protected health information under HIPAA.
